The Customer Login portal of ShopNet is provided to all of our Customers. This portal gives you the information you need when you need it. It is a live connection to our Management Software giving you up-to-date accurate information on your repair at Hansen Collision. Current vehicle status, job cost, and collision related pictures are available live 24/7. Also available is the ability to look back at your previous job history. Hansen Collision wants to provide our Customers with the best possible service. One of the tools we utilize when evaluating our service is our online customer survey. We ask that you fill out this survey at the completion of each repair in order to provide us feedback on your experience with Hansen Collision.
